1. Provider and scope
SportSocial.ai is a software service provided by ENJORE Srl (“ENJORE”, “we”). It is primarily intended for sports clubs, tournament organisers, leagues, federations, professionals and other sports organisations. A person creating an account on behalf of an organisation represents that they are authorised to bind it.
2. Service
SportSocial.ai provides tools for branded sports graphics and video, visual identity, Media Library, automation, APIs and AI-assisted features according to the active plan. Features, quotas and availability may differ across Club, Tournament, League and custom plans.
3. Accounts and security
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and verify their email address. Users are responsible for activity performed through their account and must promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Password and temporary email PIN login may be offered.
4. Trial, subscriptions and payments
Free-trial and usage limits are those displayed when the account is created. Each generated output may count against the relevant quota. Paid subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until cancelled where stated at checkout. Payment-card processing is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are displayed or handled according to the relevant tax rules. Customers must keep billing and tax details accurate. Fiscal invoices and related records may remain available in the account and be retained for statutory periods.
5. Customer Content
Customers retain rights in their content and grant ENJORE a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, transform and render it solely to provide the service. Customers warrant that they have all necessary rights, authorisations and lawful bases for logos, trademarks, photos, athlete names/data, sponsor assets and other content, including where minors are involved. Unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or harmful content is prohibited.
6. AI-assisted features
Automated or AI systems may interpret text or voice, suggest structured data and assist content generation. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Customers must review factual information before publication, especially scores, names, statistics, dates and standings.
7. APIs and acceptable use
APIs and automations may only be used within the technical and commercial limits of the plan. Circumventing limits, interfering with security or availability, accessing other customers’ data, distributing malware or unlawful use is prohibited. Reasonable rate limits and protective measures may be applied.
8. Intellectual property
The software, interfaces, rendering engines, templates, design systems, documentation and SportSocial.ai/ENJORE marks remain owned by ENJORE or their respective licensors. The subscription grants only a limited right to use the service during the applicable term.
9. Customer personal data / processing
Where ENJORE processes personal data contained in Customer Content on behalf of a customer, the customer will normally act as controller and ENJORE as processor for the purposes of Article 28 GDPR. ENJORE processes such data only to provide the service and on documented instructions, applies appropriate security and confidentiality measures, and may use necessary subprocessors. The customer generally authorises such subprocessors subject to the safeguards required by applicable law. ENJORE will provide reasonable assistance concerning data-subject rights, security and deletion. A dedicated Data Processing Addendum can be executed where required.
10. Third-party components
The service may rely on cloud infrastructure, payment providers, transactional email, AI services and third-party software libraries. They are used only as required for enabled functionality and may be subject to their own terms or licences.
11. Availability and changes
ENJORE aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and product changes may occur. Material contractual changes will be communicated by reasonable means.
12. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or material breach. Customers should export content they wish to retain within any communicated availability period after termination. Statutory retention duties remain unaffected.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENJORE is not liable for indirect losses or losses caused by unreviewed outputs, incorrect customer data or third-party services outside ENJORE’s control. For business users, except for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or non-excludable liability, ENJORE’s aggregate liability in connection with SportSocial.ai is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Governing law
Italian law applies. For business/professional customers, the Court of Bari has exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules prevail where the user legally qualifies as a consumer.
